ADA Credentials
KNOWN Conference provides ADA stickers to attendees with mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, or other disabilities that may not be visible.
These stickers can be picked up on-site at the ADA Desk located near Registration. No application is required.
The ADA sticker helps our team identify guests who may require additional assistance.
Please note:
A valid event ticket is still required for entry. The ADA sticker does not replace admission.
Policies:
The ADA sticker is valid for the entire event.
Stickers may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
Misuse of ADA credentials will result in removal from the event without refund.
A single companion sticker may be issued per ADA guest. Exceptions may be made for families with young children.
ADA Entrances
There will be a dedicated ADA entrance at Running Hare Vineyard for guests who require accessible entry. This entrance will remain available throughout the entire event.
Attendees with an ADA credential may also use any general entrance during show hours.
Staff and volunteers will be available to assist upon arrival.
Priority Seating and Line Access
We provide priority seating for attendees with disabilities when available. Panel and screening seating is first come, first served, and we encourage ADA guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early.
Guests with disabilities will also receive expedited line access for autographs, photo ops, and non-wristbanded activities when possible.
Please note that certain sessions may have limited capacity.
