Thank you for your interest in serving at KNOWN Conference. Volunteers help create the atmosphere, support the experience, and make it possible for thousands of attendees to encounter God, build community, and take their next steps in faith.

When you join the KNOWN Crew, you are not just helping an event. You are becoming part of a team that makes something meaningful happen for every guest who walks through the gates.

What the KNOWN Crew Does


KNOWN Crew members serve across the entire conference. Your role may include:
  • Greeting guests as they arrive and helping them feel welcome
  • Supporting the check in and registration process
  • Assisting with worship sessions, baptisms, and prayer areas
  • Helping with line flow and crowd movement
  • Supporting speakers and breakout rooms
  • Guiding attendees through activities, activations, and outdoor spaces
  • Assisting at merch, marketplace, and partner booths
  • Helping set up or reset space between sessions
  • Providing hospitality for VIP and backstage areas
Every position plays a vital role in the KNOWN experience.
